Special discounts
Reusable circumstance discounts such as student or partner offers.
Special / circumstance discounts are reusable offers you define once and attach to services — for example student, veteran, or partner pricing. Customers see your instructions during booking (what proof to provide or how to qualify).
Manage them under Settings → Discounts → Special / circumstance.
Only one discount applies per booking — the best eligible offer. Special discounts do not stack with discount codes or multi-booking tiers.
Create a special discount
- Open Settings → Discounts and select Special / circumstance.
- Click Add special discount.
- Enter a name, amount (percent or fixed), and customer instructions.
- Set active status and save.
Attach to services
In the service wizard Offer step, link an existing special discount or configure one for that service. Customers choose the discount during booking when the service exposes it.
Amount types

| Percent | Reduces price by a percentage |
| Fixed | Reduces price by a fixed amount in the tenant default currency |
Archive
Use Archive to retire a discount without deleting historical booking references. Archived discounts no longer appear for new bookings.
