Manage locations
The Locations page — stats, filters, and creating venue, on-site, and remote locations.
Use Locations in the admin sidebar to maintain venue, on-site, and remote location records. These records define where services can be delivered and how availability is calculated.
For concepts, see Locations overview.
Summary cards
At the top, cards for the selected period may show:
- Total locations by type
- Top-performing locations or areas by bookings or revenue
Use period pills to change the range.
Location list
Each row shows location name, type, and key attributes (capacity, radius, platform, etc.). Click a row for location detail.

Create a location
- Open Locations → Add location.
- Choose the type (only enabled types appear):
| Type | How-to guide |
|---|---|
| Venue | Venue location |
| On-site delivery | On-site delivery |
| Remote | Remote delivery |
- Enter name, address or coverage rules, and hours where applicable.
- Save, then enable the location on services in the wizard Delivery step.
On-site delivery is a real location type in the Locations list — maintain on-site areas there, then enable On-site on each service.
Edit a location
Open location detail or choose Edit from the list. Type-specific fields are documented on each type page linked above.
Future availability uses updated hours; review open bookings after large schedule changes.
Delete a location
Remove locations you no longer offer. Update services that still reference the location in Delivery.
Multi-location businesses
- One service can offer multiple location types (for example venue + remote + on-site).
- Limit scope in the service wizard Delivery step.
- Widgets and the portal can ask customers to pick a location first.
Maps and directions
Venue addresses can power map links in confirmation emails when templates include them. For on-site services, map and coverage tools help determine whether a customer address is inside a team’s service area.
