Multi-booking discounts
Tiered discounts based on receiver count on a booking.
Multi-booking discount sets reward bookings with multiple receivers (or multiple units) on the same service. Define tiers once under Settings → Discounts → Multi-booking, then attach sets in the service wizard Offer step.
At checkout the system picks the single best discount for the booking. Multi-booking tiers are not combined with discount codes or special discounts.
How tiers work
Each set contains one or more tiers, for example:

When a booking qualifies, the matching tier applies according to your application scope.
Application scope
| Scope | Meaning |
|---|---|
| All receivers in the booking | Discount applies to the whole booking when the tier threshold is met |
| Tier receivers only | Only receivers counted toward the tier receive the discount |
Choose scope based on whether partial discounts on large group bookings are intended.
Create a set
- Open Settings → Discounts and select Multi-booking.
- Click Add multi-booking set.
- Name the set, pick amount type (percent or fixed), and add tiers with minimum receivers and amount.
- Save and attach the set on each service that should offer it.
Receiver count and services
Multi-booking discounts interact with how many receivers a service allows in Offer. If max_receivers is 1, tiers above one receiver never apply.
