Onboarding checklist

Use the dashboard checklist and setup wizard to go live with ServEase.

ServEase guides new workspaces through two layers of onboarding.

Setup wizard (first login)

A blocking wizard covers essentials:

  1. Receivers and location model
  2. Locale, timezone, and currency
  3. Payment gateway orientation
  4. Summary before entering the app

Complete or skip individual steps; skipped steps remain on the checklist.

Dashboard checklist

After the wizard, the dashboard shows remaining tasks:

Mark items done when finished, or open the linked page and complete them later.

Locations → Teams/employees → Services/schedules → Gateways tested → Portal/widgets shared

Tips

  • You can run the service wizard multiple times for different offerings.
  • Test a booking yourself via the customer portal before going live.
  • Connect at least one payment gateway before accepting paid bookings online.
