Manage receivers
The Receivers page — stats, filters, and adding person or car receivers.
Use Receivers in the admin sidebar for a global directory of person and car receivers across all customers. You can also manage receivers on each customer detail Receivers tab.
Summary cards
At the top, summary cards (for the selected period) can show:
- Total receivers registered in the workspace
- Bookings matched to receivers in the period
- Total value linked to receiver bookings
Adjust period pills to change the comparison window.
Receiver list
The list is split by Person and Car tabs (only enabled types appear). Columns vary by type but typically include receiver name, customer, and booking activity.
Click a row to open receiver detail.
Filters
Each tab has its own filter panel. Common options include:
- Search text
- Customer
- Sort field and direction
- Pagination — page size and page number
Person and car filters include type-specific fields (see the filter panel in the app for your enabled attributes).
Add a receiver
- Open Receivers or a customer detail → Receivers tab.
- Choose Add receiver → Person or Car.
- Complete the fields for that type (see below).
- Save — the receiver is available in booking flows for that customer.
Person receivers

Edit and delete
Open receiver detail, update fields, and save. Future bookings use the new data; past bookings keep historical snapshots.
Delete only when no future bookings or packages block removal.
