Customer receivers
Add a person or car that receives a service on behalf of a customer.
A receiver is who or what the service is performed on.
To create or manage receivers from the admin panel (all customers), see Manage receivers.
Supported types
ServEase currently ships with two receiver detail types (more will be added soon):

| Car | Make, model, registration or VIN for a single vehicle |

Additional receiver types are not available in the standard product UI today. If you need another model, contact ServEase Support.
Add a receiver
- Open Customers → customer profile → Receivers.
- Add receiver → choose Person or Car.
- Complete the fields for that type.
- Save — the receiver is available in booking flows.
Tenant staff can also manage receivers from Receivers in the sidebar (aggregated lists of all persons or cars).
Booking with receivers
When an admin configures a service, the Offer step sets how many receivers a booking requires — single receiver, multiple receivers, or optional receivers depending on max_receivers and multi-booking rules.
Credits and packages
Some credits or packages attach to a specific receiver (for example lesson bundles per child).
