Profile and security

Manage your admin password, security options, and personal account settings.

Settings → Profile & Security is where each admin manages their own login — not workspace-wide business settings.

Profile information

Use this section to update:

  • Name and contact — first name, last name, email, and phone
  • Avatar — profile photo shown in the admin app
  • Personal locale and timezone — how dates, times, and language display for your account (separate from workspace defaults in General settings)

These preferences apply only to you. They do not change customer-facing portal defaults for the business.

Security settings

Use this section to protect your account:

  • Password — change your sign-in password (current password required)
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) — enable an authenticator app (TOTP) for an extra sign-in step

If you lose access to your authenticator, contact your workspace admin or ServEase Support.

Who should use this tab

  • Tenant admins — full workspace access; use this tab for personal credentials.
  • Employees invited to the admin app — same tab for their own password and security.

Workspace-wide options (languages, gateways, subscription) live under other Settings tabs. See General settings and Users and accounts.
