Customer tokens

Issue, track, and redeem prepaid tokens customers use at booking checkout.

Customer tokens are prepaid entitlements you grant to a customer. They can redeem a token during booking checkout instead of (or alongside) card payment, depending on your service payment terms.

Where to manage tokens

Settings → Customer tokens

Use this tab to:

  • See active, redeemed, and expired tokens across customers
  • Issue a new token to a selected customer
  • Filter by token code, customer, or status
  • Review issue and redemption dates

Issuing a token

  1. Open Settings → Customer tokens.
  2. Click Issue token.
  3. Select the customer and set the token rules (value, validity, and any limits shown in the form).
  4. Save — the customer can use the token code when booking eligible services.

Redemption at checkout

When a service accepts token payment, the customer enters or selects the token during checkout. Redeemed tokens move to Redeemed status in the admin list.
