This release makes plan boundaries clearer and plan changes safer.
Clearer Starter, Growth and Scale
- Starter is a complete booking product: booking and scheduling, customers, payments, Discount Codes, Calendar integrations, the Dashboard with the Bookings, Transactions and Customers summaries, and the Customer Portal.
- Growth adds Promotions and Introductory Offers, Tiered and Quotation pricing, Questionnaires & Skills, Service Vouchers, Accounting integrations, Advanced Reporting, and Branding & customization.
- Scale adds the full API and Webhooks, Zapier, and Priority support.
Plan cards, signup and the public plans page now agree. See Plans and features.
Locked features tell you what unlocks them
Features that are not on your plan stay visible and are marked as locked, with the plan that includes them and a link to view plans — in Settings, Services, reports and the API & Webhooks tab.
Safer plan changes
- Upgrades apply immediately.
- Downgrading a paid plan now shows a preview first: what will stop, what is kept, what may need reconnecting later, and any Services that need your action. You see the exact date the lower plan starts, and you keep your current plan until then.
- A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled while it is still scheduled, and it is shown separately from cancelling your subscription.
- Already-issued Service Vouchers stay redeemable for eligible bookings.

Service Vouchers are vouchers that cover an eligible service or booking — not money or a balance.
