On-site delivery
Services performed at the customer address — travel, coverage, and booking flow.
On-site delivery means the team travels to the customer’s address instead of the customer visiting a venue.
On-site location records
On-site appears in the Locations list as its own location type. You maintain on-site areas (coverage, defaults, and rules) there, then enable On-site delivery on each service in the wizard Delivery step. Customers enter or select an address when booking.
Configuration
- Enable On-site under Settings → General → Capabilities.
- Add or edit on-site locations under Locations where your product uses area-based coverage.
- Set Travel defaults (for example average speed) in Settings → General when on-site is enabled.
- On each service, allow On-site delivery and configure coverage or radius rules where applicable.
Why it matters for booking
Availability combines team schedules, travel time between jobs, and whether the address falls inside your coverage area. If on-site slots never appear, check capabilities, travel settings, on-site locations, and team hours.
How to add an on-site location
- Open Locations → Add location.
- Choose On-site delivery (wording may show as on-site in the type picker).
- Define the service area — radius, regions, or defaults your product uses.
- Save.
- Enable On-site on each service in Delivery.
