Person receiver

Attributes and use cases for person receivers on customer profiles.

Person receivers represent an individual who receives the service — not necessarily the account holder paying the bill.

Typical uses

  • Self booking — the customer can add themselves as a receiver in one step when relationship is set to “Self” in the customer portal
  • Child or dependent in a family booking
  • Student or attendee in a class
  • Patient in a clinic
  • Guest named on a group appointment

Common attributes

Fields shown in admin and portal depend on your configuration, and commonly include:

  • Display name
  • Date of birth (where collected)
  • Contact phone or email (optional)
  • Next of kin (name and phone, where collected)
  • Link to the owning customer profile

Enable person receivers

  2. Click Add receiverPerson.
  3. Enter name and any configured fields (date of birth, contact details, next of kin, etc.).
