Calendar integrations

Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to sync staff appointments.

Calendar sync pushes ServEase bookings to external calendars (and optionally reads busy times).

Supported providers

  • Google Calendar
  • Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365

Connect an employee

  1. Open employee profileIntegrations.
  2. Choose provider → Connect.
  3. Sign in with OAuth and pick target calendar.
  4. Save — new bookings sync as events.

What syncs

  • Booking title, time, location
  • Customer name (per privacy settings)
  • Updates and cancellations propagate on supported flows

Busy time (where enabled)

External busy blocks can reduce available slots so double-booking is avoided.

Initial sync may take a few minutes. Disconnect and reconnect if events stop updating after password changes.
