Payment gateways
Connect Stripe, PayPal, Przelewy24, Tpay, eService, and other providers in Settings → Payment Settings.
Payment providers (gateways and manual methods) let your customers pay you when booking or settling balances. Connect them under Settings → Payment Settings → Payment providers.
For when customers pay, see Payment terms.
Supported providers
Depending on region and configuration, you may connect:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Przelewy24
- Tpay
- eService
- Cash, bank transfer, cheque (manual flows)
Need a payment gateway not listed here? Contact ServEase Support — additional integrations may be available for your region or plan.
Add a provider
- Open Settings → Payment Settings.
- In Payment providers, click Add provider.
- Choose the gateway type and paste API keys or credentials from the provider dashboard.
- Save — enable the provider on each service that should offer it in Offer → Payments.
Default provider
Mark one connected provider as Default so checkout uses it unless a service overrides the choice.
Test mode
Some gateways show a Test mode badge when sandbox credentials are in use. Run test bookings before switching to live keys.
Status: active, paused, archived
- Active — available when enabled on a service
- Paused — temporarily disabled without deleting credentials
- Archived — removed from active use; restore if needed
Webhooks and return URLs
Stripe and similar providers require correct webhook and return URLs. ServEase shows the values to register in your provider dashboard when you configure the method.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Check |
|---|---|
| Checkout does not start | Provider enabled on service? Keys valid? |
| Payment succeeds but booking stuck | Webhook delivery, tenant URL |
| Wrong currency | Service currency vs gateway account |
