Group class detail
The group overview modal — occupancy, slots, receivers, and payments for a service + team line.
Open group overview when you need the big picture for a class-style offering — all bookings on one service + team line within your filtered date range.
Reach it from:
- Bookings page → Groups (classes) tab → View on a row
Each row on the Groups tab rolls up every matching booking on that service and team — including multiple customers and multiple series. It is an operational dashboard, not a single customer record.
Summary cards (Groups tab)
Before you open the modal, the Groups tab shows extra stat cards tied to your filters (not the summary period pills):
- Group rows — number of service/team lines
- Sessions — session count in scope
- Attendee seats (sum) — total receiver slots across bookings
- Paid total — collected payments in scope
Modal tabs
The group overview modal uses five sections:

Overview
The Overview tab highlights:
- First session and Last session in the filtered period
- Occupancy — sessions and bookings count
- Total paid, To be paid, and Booking value (incl. unpaid)
- Booking payments by customer table — paid and outstanding per customer
- Links to preview the service page
Receivers
See who attended (or is booked) across the group, with session counts per receiver. Useful for instructors checking roster fill.
Slots
Session slots breaks the group down by date and time. Each slot shows occupied vs remaining capacity and revenue. Open bookings drills into every appointment in that slot.
Series
Lists distinct booking series that contribute to this group line. Open a series to jump to Series booking detail.
Bookings
A paginated table (or calendar switch) of all individual bookings in scope. View opens Booking detail.
