Simpler ServEase pricing: a monthly included payment volume on every plan, lower rates above it, and no per-payment fee.
ServEase pricing is now simpler and more predictable.
A monthly included payment volume on every plan
Every plan now includes a monthly volume of eligible online payments with no ServEase platform fee. You can see your plan's included volume on the pricing page and in My Subscription.
Lower rates, only above your included volume
When eligible online payments go past the included volume in a month, the ServEase platform fee applies only to the volume above it:
- Starter — 1.5%
- Growth — 1.0%
- Scale — 0.5%
No per-payment fee
ServEase does not charge a fixed fee on each payment.
Manual payments stay free
Cash, bank transfers and other payments you record manually, outside a payment gateway, don't count toward your included volume and never carry a ServEase fee.
Payment-provider fees stay separate
Your payment provider, such as Stripe or PayPal, still charges its own processing fees. They are not part of your ServEase bill.
Annual billing
Annual billing still saves on the subscription price. Your included volume resets every month either way.
