Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, special discounts, multi-booking tiers, and service Offer configuration.
Settings → Discounts centralises reusable promotion tools. Each type has its own sub-tab:

Advanced discount features require a Growth or Scale plan. Starter tenants may not see all discount menus.
At checkout the system applies only one discount — the best eligible offer for that booking. Discounts are not stacked together.
Service wizard
Many discounts are attached per service in the wizard Offer step:
- Link special or multi-booking sets and customise tiers for that service
- Discount codes stay managed in Settings but apply at checkout when valid
Introductory offers live in the same Offer step but are not one of the three Settings tabs above. They provide eligibility-based first-visit pricing (trial lessons, intro visits, and similar) and apply automatically when rules match — without a promo code.
Reporting
Discounted amounts appear in booking and transaction reports when charges reflect the adjustment.
