Account and workspace

Understand workspace IDs, admin accounts, and how to access your ServEase tenant.

Your workspace is your isolated ServEase environment. Everything you configure — services, customers, bookings — belongs to one workspace.

Workspace ID

  • Created at signup from your company name (you can edit it before submitting).
  • Rules: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only; 3–64 characters; must start with a letter or number (for example acme-spa).
  • Used in URLs, API calls, and when logging in — it is your tenant slug.
  • Cannot be changed easily; pick a stable business identifier.

Admin account

The first user created at signup is a tenant admin with full access to settings, billing, and configuration.

Additional users can be invited with roles that limit what they see (employees use the employee portal for day-to-day work).

Signing up

  1. Visit pricing and choose a plan.
  2. Complete the signup form (company, workspace ID, your details, password).
  3. After registration you are sent to the admin login for your workspace.
  4. A welcome email is sent to the tenant admin address with your workspace details.

Welcome email contents

The welcome email includes:

  • Company name and workspace ID (tenant slug)
  • Admin name and admin email
  • Links to your provisioned frontends (each uses your workspace id):
    • Admin{workspace-id}.admin.servease.io
    • Customer portal{workspace-id}.portal.servease.io
    • Widget creator{workspace-id}.widgets.servease.io
    • Employee portal{workspace-id}.employee.servease.io

Keep this email for your records — it is the quickest reference for your portal URLs after signup.

Logging in

  1. Open your admin URL (shown after signup, or your usual tenant login page).
  2. Enter email and password.
  3. Select your workspace if prompted (use your workspace ID).

If your trial ends without a payment method on file, access may be restricted until you complete billing in Settings → Subscription.
