How do I sign up?

What is my tenant ID?

Why is my trial locked?
Complete onboarding or upgrade — Billing and pricing.
How do I create my first booking?
After a location, team, and published service, use Bookings → Create booking — Create and edit bookings.
How do I publish my first service?
Run the service wizard with a schedule — Create a service and Booking setup overview.

Where is the calendar?
Open Bookings and switch to Calendar — Bookings page and Calendar views.
Why are no time slots showing?
Check service schedules, team hours, employee time-off, and visibility — Service schedules.
What receiver types exist?
Person and vehicle by default. Other types require ServEase Support — Receivers and locations.
Can customers cancel online?
Yes, if the service allows it and they are before the cutoff — Cancel and reschedule.
How do recurring appointments work?

Stripe vs ServEase billing?
Stripe in Payment gateways is for your customer payments. ServEase subscription is separate — Billing and pricing.
How do I connect Stripe?
You need an existing Stripe account — Payment gateways.

How do I add staff?

What's the difference between a team and an employee?
A team groups who can deliver services; an employee is a person (often on one or more teams) — Teams and employees.

What is my portal URL?
{workspace-id}.portal.servease.io — sent in your welcome email, not shown in Settings — Customer portal.
Embed on my website?

What is a service overview page?
A shareable landing page for one service — generate from Service detail → Generate page or enable overview in the widget creator — Service overview pages.
