Customer portal

The customer portal is the self-service site for your clients — a full web app where they browse services, book, pay, and manage their account.

What customers can do

• Browse and book services
• Manage receivers and profile details
• View upcoming and past bookings
• Pay, reschedule, or cancel per policy
• Download receipts where enabled

Access

Customers typically receive the portal link by email when invited or after signup. Share the same URL on your website and in confirmations.

URL

Each workspace has its own portal at:

{workspace-id}.portal.servease.io

Replace {workspace-id} with your tenant / workspace identifier (the same id used for your admin and widgets hosts).

Branding

Starter plans use the default ServEase portal theme.

Growth and Scale plans include portal branding. A custom portal theme is applied individually for your workspace — it is not edited in Settings → System emails (that area is for email branding only).

To see or change the portal theme key:

1. Open Settings → General.
2. Expand Frontend.
3. Set Frontend theme key — selects the visual preset for customer-facing apps (portal and related frontends).

ServEase configures the available theme keys per tenant on Growth+ plans. Starter workspaces keep the default experience. Additional free community themes may be offered in the future; when available, they appear in the same Frontend theme key field.

Widget colours and layout are configured separately in the Widget creator — they do not replace the portal Frontend theme key.
