Remote delivery
Phone or video services without a physical customer visit to your venue.
Remote delivery covers services delivered without the customer coming to your premises — for example phone consultations or video sessions.
Configuration
- Enable Remote under Settings → General → Capabilities.
- Create remote location records under Locations when your workflow treats them as bookable places in reporting and filters.
- In the service wizard Delivery step, enable Remote for services that should not require a venue or on-site address.
How to add a remote location
- Open Locations → Add location.
- Choose Remote.
- Enter name, platform (for example video or phone), and any description.
- Save and link on services in Delivery.
How to edit
Open from Locations or location detail. See Manage locations.
Location records
Remote entries under Locations help you filter services and reports. Slot availability is driven primarily by team schedules, not a street address.
