Navigation overview

Map of the ServEase admin app — calendar, customers, services, settings, and reports.

The admin app is organized around how you run the business day to day.

Main areas

The sidebar follows this order:

DashboardPulse metrics, shortcuts, onboarding checklist
BookingsList and manage appointments (includes Calendar view)
TransactionsPayments, charges, and refunds
ServicesCatalog, pricing, schedules, availability

Management

AreaPurpose
CustomersProfiles, receivers, balances, subscriptions
ReceiversAll receivers across customers (for example Person or Car)
TeamsDepartments, teams, employees, skills
LocationsVenues, on-site areas, and remote locations

Analytics

AreaPurpose
ReportsOperational and financial summaries (Growth and Scale)
NotificationsIn-app inbox (bell icon) for booking and payment alerts

Settings subsections

Open Settings and use the tab strip. Tabs appear in this order:

  1. General — capabilities, theme, localisation, booking defaults, travel
  2. Profile & Security — your admin password and security options
  3. Users — tenant admins, employees, and customer account access
  4. System emails — templates, layouts, email branding, and email provider
  5. Payment Settings — payment gateways and payment terms
  6. My Subscription — your ServEase plan and trial
  7. Discounts — discount codes, special discounts, and multi-booking sets
  8. Customer tokens — prepaid tokens and packages
  9. Questionnaires & Skills — intake forms and employee skills
  10. Calendar Integrations — external calendar sync
  11. Accounting Integrations — invoicing providers and document automation
  12. Customer portal widget — booking widget inside the customer portal

Employee portal

Staff with employee access use a simplified employee view focused on their calendar and assigned bookings — not full tenant settings.

Getting help

Look for the ? help icon in page headers, settings areas, and beside individual sections throughout the admin app. Each opens the relevant documentation article in a new browser tab (in your current language when available).
