Venue location
Fixed business premises — address, hours, and service delivery at your site.
A venue is a physical location your business operates — for example a salon, clinic, or studio.
Configuration
- Enable Venue under Settings → General → Capabilities.
- Create venue records under Locations in the admin sidebar.
- On each service, link the service to one or more venues in the wizard Delivery step.
Until Venue is enabled, you cannot add venue locations or offer venue delivery on services.
How to add a venue
- Open Locations → Add location.
- Choose Venue.
- Enter name, address, and opening hours where applicable.
- Save.
- On each service, select this venue in the wizard Delivery step.
How to edit
Open the venue from Locations or location detail, update fields, and save. See Manage locations.
Typical attributes
- Name and public address
- Opening or service hours (where configured)
- Time zone alignment with your workspace
- Optional map or directions in customer communications

In the service wizard Delivery step, link the service to one or more venues so customers book slots at the correct site.
