Booking detail

The booking detail modal — tabs, status actions, and payment tools for one appointment.

Open booking detail when you need to work on one appointment. It appears from:

  • Bookings tab → View on a row
  • Calendar tab → click an event → View details
  • Series or Group detail → open a single booking from the occurrences list

The modal title shows Booking # followed by the ID.

Header actions

Quick actions in the header vary by status and permissions, and may include:

  • Change status — move the booking through its lifecycle
  • Send pay link — when payment is still outstanding
  • Cancel booking — staff cancellation flow
  • Rebook — start a new booking prefilled from this one
  • Full edit — deeper edit form when available

If the booking belongs to a series, a series badge links to Series booking detail.

Detail tabs

Sections use the same tab icons as in admin:

Overview

The Overview tab is the default starting point:

  • Booking summary — status, when, who, what, and money at a glance
  • Lifecycle panel — confirm, complete, or other state transitions allowed for this status
  • View history — expandable timeline of changes to the booking

Money

Review pricing, payment term, gateway, and transaction totals. Record or reconcile payments when your role allows.

Schedule & details

Change appointment time, assigned team context, or other amendable fields without leaving the modal.
