Customers page

Manage the customer directory — stats, filters, and adding customers.

The Customers page is your directory of people who book or pay for services. Use it to add customers, search the list, and open individual profiles.

Summary cards

At the top you may see:

  • Total customers for the selected period
  • Change vs previous period — growth or decline
  • Quick add — shortcut to create a customer without leaving the page

Adjust the period pills to change the comparison window.

Customer list

The table shows customers with columns such as name, contact details, and activity indicators. Click a row to open customer detail.

Filters

Expand filters to refine the list:

Clear filters to return to the full list.

Add a customer

Click Add customer and complete:

Save to create the profile. You can then attach receivers, addresses, and bookings from the customer detail page.

Portal access

Customers with login access use their email to sign in to the customer portal. Portal invites and self-signup depend on your workspace settings.
