Billing and pricing
ServEase subscription plans, trials, transaction fees, and what happens when your trial ends.
This article covers your ServEase subscription — the plan you pay ServEase to use the platform. Configure your plan under Settings → My Subscription.

All public plans include a 14-day free trial without requiring a card at signup. Compare plans and register at signup.servease.io/pricing.
What each plan includes
Starter — booking, calendar, customers, basic payments, basic reporting.
Growth — everything in Starter plus automation, advanced pricing/discounts, integrations, advanced reporting and analytics, branding.
Scale — everything in Growth plus full API access and priority support.
Feature availability may hide menu items on lower plans. Upgrade in Settings → My Subscription to unlock Growth or Scale features.
Trial and activation
- Sign up and use the product during the trial.
- Before or when the trial ends, add a payment method for your ServEase bill.
- Confirm the plan you want to continue on.
If the trial expires without payment, workspace access may be locked until billing is completed.
Transaction fees
Platform transaction fees apply to payments processed through connected gateways according to your plan. Fees are defined on the plan; reporting helps you reconcile totals.
