Billing and pricing
ServEase subscription plans, regional pricing, free trial, upcoming charges, and plan changes.
This article covers your ServEase subscription — the plan you pay ServEase to use the platform. Open Settings → My Subscription to review your plan, trial, and estimated charges.
Regional plans
Your workspace has a pricing region (for example PL, US, DE) set at signup from your country. You only see Starter, Growth, and Scale prices for that region.
- Compare public tiers on signup.servease.io/pricing.
- Landlord support can change your pricing region later if your business moves; tenant admins cannot change it themselves.
Plans (example — Poland / EUR-style regions)

Exact amounts and currency come from your region’s catalog in My Subscription. Transaction fees apply to successful customer payments processed through your connected gateways.
What each plan includes
Starter — booking, calendar, customers, basic payments, basic reporting.
Growth — everything in Starter plus automation, advanced pricing/discounts, integrations, advanced reporting and analytics, branding.
Scale — everything in Growth plus full API access and priority support.
Feature availability may hide menu items on lower plans. Switch plans under Settings → My Subscription; your trial end date does not reset when you change tier.
14-day free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial at signup (no card required).
On My Subscription you will see:
- Trial countdown — end date and days remaining.
- Upcoming charge — while trialing, the total shows Free trial (no platform bill yet).
- Add payment method — optional during trial via Stripe Billing Portal so billing continues smoothly after the trial.
If the trial ends without a payment method, access may be restricted until you complete checkout.
Switching plans
You may switch among public tiers for your region at any time. Changing plan:
- Does not extend your trial.
- Closes the current billing period snapshot and opens a new period on the new plan (used for upcoming charge estimates).
Upcoming charge (estimate)
Outside the free trial, Upcoming charge estimates your current billing period:
- Plan — daily rate × days elapsed in the period.
- Per payment — count of successful payments × fixed fee.
- Volume — payment volume × transaction fee percent.
This is a preview for transparency. Final ServEase invoicing may use these snapshots in a later release.
