Create and edit bookings
Add walk-in or phone bookings from admin and update existing appointments.
Admins can manage bookings outside the customer portal. For the main Bookings overview (summary cards, tabs, filters, and calendar), see Bookings page.
Create a booking
- Open Calendar or Bookings → Add booking.
- Select customer (or create quick customer).
- Choose service, receiver, team/employee, time.
- Apply payment term — charge now or mark pay later.
- Save — notifications send per templates.
Edit a booking
- Change time (drag on calendar or edit form)
- Change assigned employee if policy allows
- Update internal notes

From booking detail:
- Capture authorized payments
- Record manual payment
- Issue refund (see Transactions and refunds)
