Employee detail

One staff member — profile, role, skills, and schedule.

Open an employee from Teams → Employees to view or edit their staff record.

Profile

  • Name, contact details, and role (admin, manager, staff, etc.)
  • Login status — whether they can access admin or employee tools
  • Department and team memberships

Skills and eligibility

Where configured, skills or service eligibility restrict which offerings this employee can perform.

Schedule

  • Business hours inherited from teams
  • Time-off blocks that remove availability on the calendar

Add employees

New staff are added from Teams → Employees → Add new employee (not a separate invite-only flow). See Teams and employees.
