Locations overview
Venues, on-site areas, and remote delivery for services.
Locations lists the places your business books against. Enable types under Settings → General → Capabilities before they appear in service setup.
Location types
| Type | What it is | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Venue | A fixed place you operate — shop, clinic, studio | Venue |
| On-site | Service at the customer’s address (coverage areas and travel rules) | On-site |
| Remote | Phone or video — no visit to your premises | Remote |
Enable Venue, On-site, and Remote under Settings → General → Capabilities before they appear when creating locations and services.
Why locations matter for booking
- Venue hours and address constrain slot availability for in-house services.
- On-site applies travel radius, coverage rules, and travel defaults.
- Remote uses team availability without a street address.
Misaligned team hours, venue hours, or on-site coverage is a common reason customers see no available slots.
