In-app inbox
Bell icon notifications for admins, employees, and customers.
The in-app inbox shows timely alerts inside ServEase — separate from email.
Where to find it

Open an item to mark it read or follow the call-to-action link (for example open a booking).

Push notifications
Mobile or browser push may be added for some portals in future. Today the product’s primary real-time surface is this in-app inbox fed by the notifications API.
