Reports overview

The Reports page is a library of read-only analytics. Use it to answer operational questions and export data — not to change bookings or transactions.

Summary area

The top of the page introduces the report library. Use category chips (Bookings, Financial, Customers) and search to find a report quickly.

Bookings Summary, Transactions Summary, and Customers Summary are available on every plan, and so is the Dashboard. The detailed reports — Receivers, Service and Team Bookings; Transaction Totals, Gross Profit, Payments, Refunds, Customer Credits, Non-Gateway Payments, and Outstanding Balance — are included with Growth and above. On a plan without them you still see them in the library; opening one explains what it does and how to upgrade your plan.

Export

Individual reports support CSV export where shown on the report page. There is no scheduled email export in the product today.
