See your included payment volume as you use it
My Subscription now shows the eligible online payment volume you have used against the volume included in your plan for the month, so there are no surprises at the end of a billing period.
- Your used and included volume for the current month, side by side
- Annual plans work the same way: the subscription price is billed yearly, but your included volume is measured and resets every month
- Ending a subscription now closes out cleanly — once a subscription is finally cancelled, nothing keeps billing against it

Working hours and breaks you can trust
Weekly opening hours are more dependable to set up and change.
- Weekly hours and breaks you configure for a resource are saved exactly as you entered them
- Hours that end before they start, or otherwise cannot exist, are now refused with a clear message instead of being stored
- Replacing a team's weekly hours applies as one change — you are never left with a half-updated week
Time off that keeps what you entered
Editing a single detail of a time-off entry no longer risks the rest of it.
- Changing one field leaves every other field exactly as it was
- The start and end of a time-off period are checked before it is saved
Safer payments and staff permissions
- PayPal payments now follow the provider's real capture lifecycle, and a booking is never marked paid when the provider's own record disagrees
- Booking creation in the Employee Portal can no longer apply administrator-only overrides such as forcing a booking past its limits, skipping a required deposit, or bypassing a licence requirement
More reliable calendar connections
- Calendar feed addresses are validated more strictly before ServEase will connect to them
- Imported busy periods keep the right local times across time zones and daylight-saving changes

- My Subscription shows used versus included monthly payment volume, on monthly and annual plans alike
- Resource weekly hours and breaks save reliably; impossible hour ranges are refused, and team hours are replaced in one step
- Time-off edits preserve the fields you did not change and validate the period before saving
