Користувачі та облікові записи
Tenant admins, employees і як customer portal logins пов’язані з customer profiles.
Settings → Users контролює who can sign in до ServEase від імені вашого бізнесу — окремо від записів Customers, що використовуються для bookings.
Account types

Tenant admins
- Створюються під час signup або запрошуються з Users.
- Можуть керувати всіма settings tabs, які їм дозволено бачити.
- Використовують Profile and security для власного password.
Employees
- Пов’язані з Teams and departments.
- Отримують invitations by email при додаванні.
- Щоденна робота відбувається на employee portal URL (див. ваш welcome email або landlord-provided domains).
Customers
- Customer profiles у Customers зберігають booking history, receivers, and balances.
- Customer може мати portal login (email + password або magic link) для self-serve bookings.
- Не кожному customer потрібен login — staff може створювати bookings від їхнього імені в admin.
Invitations
Коли ви запрошуєте нового admin або employee, ServEase надсилає invitation email з acceptance link. Resend з Users, якщо link expired.
