Remote delivery

Remote delivery охоплює services, delivered without customer coming to your premises — наприклад phone consultations або video sessions.
Configuration
- Увімкніть Remote у Settings → General → Capabilities.
- Create remote location records у Locations, коли ваш workflow treats them as bookable places in reporting and filters.
- У service wizard Delivery step enable Remote для services, що не should require venue or on-site address.
Як додати remote location
- Відкрийте Locations → Add location.
- Оберіть Remote.
- Введіть name, platform (for example video or phone), and any description.
- Натисніть Save and link on services у Delivery.

Location records
Remote entries у Locations допомагають filter services and reports. Slot availability driven primarily by team schedules, not street address.
